Hello colleagues! Here you find guide about remap Isuzu trucks and machines. First check types ECM and software for diagnostic and reset:
-Transtron truck SH7058 / SH72XXX. Asia trucks. Use G-IDSS software.
-Transtron machines SH7058 / SH72XXX. Hitachi, Kobelco, Isuzu. Use E-IDSS software.
-Denso SH7058 / SH7059 / SH72XXX. USA trucks. Use IDSS software.
-Bosch EDC17CV41. USA 4JJ1 3.0TD Isuzu truck. Use IDSS software.
Determine the type of your Isuzu, get needed software or Autel scan and follow steps:
1. Diagnostics and reset before start remap process. Must be original file in ECM and plugged all (sensors, DCU etc). Let’s take the example of G-IDSS, another versions looks similar:
1.1 Clear ALL DTC function.
1.2 DPD regen data reset in ECU
1.3. Each from 7pcs resets in DCU
1.4 If truck has PM sensor reset it:
1.5 Very impotant do ignition OFF for 1 min after this steps! After ignition ON and start truck.
1.6 Control DPD status on idle. Must be 30 normal
After resets dash must be strong GREEN, no any lamps and messages
2. Reading ECM. For Trasntron use obd tools like MMCFlash 70 module. Denso and Bosch request remove from truck for bench connect and read. For denso can use MMCFlash: 36 module Denso Gen1 or 69 module Denso Gen2
3. Send readed original file to our system, or find ready MOD file in our store. FIND READY MOD ISUZU
3. Write MOD file to ECU.
4. Disconnect DCU (SCR/AdBlue/DEF unit).
Transtron type (Asia), DCU locate.
Denso type (USA), DCU locate.
5. Connect IDSS and again Clear ALL DTC. Recheck values and statuses.
6. Start truck and check all work fine. Done
