Attention! 

Warning about new SW updates for BMW Fxx/Gxx

WARNING. Due to release of new software updates for BMW Vehicles, following versions of databases: ISTA-P 3.67.0.000 [2019] and ISTA-P 3.66.2.002 [2019] now are not supported for writing with BitBox, especially for module Bosch Fxx/Gxx MG1/MD1 E-NET. If file was not found on our server and vehicle is fresh, do not try to write file to ECU! And, even, if you have already tried, immediately, use RECOVERY option, without switching ignition OFF. Also you can try to use E-Sys or dealer flash tool ISTA-P for recovery!

The ISTA-P 3.67 version is particularly dangerous, as it can brick the ECU, sometimes without possibility of recovery, even with BENCH-MODE tools.

We are working on adding detection of new security system and disallowing of writing these files, while we had not develop writing of modified file.

About VR for Toyota Denso newGen Type2

In case that we received many questions about Virtual Reading for Toyota Denso newGen Type2 (FID: 28) we decide to publish (with permanent update) list of the Calibration ID that is possible to make reflash with BitBox software module.

Attention! If your Calibration ID is not in the list:

1. Make sure that your vehicle is newGen and have MCU D76F0XXX (D76F0196, D76F0199, D76F0219).
2. Take ID with BitBox module Toyota Denso newGen CAN (FID: 28).
3. Send LOG files to support@bitbox.ru.
4. If support confirm that there is NO file on our server, it means you can`t reflash this car at this moment. It have to find stock file for vehicle first.
5. You can try to contact Toyota dealer and try to get .CUW update file for your vehicle.

We will not respond to the claims about the inability to read a file from our server if we do not have it.

New version released! Now we are announcing new version control system. Starting from this we will update BitBox more often for fast hot fixes, changing revision number, so you can see when you are using latest updates! A lot of improvements and fixes, new modules, new protocols, new families, etc…

New modules:

– BMW Fxx Bosch E-NET – module for working with new F-series BMW by Ethernet (using direct E-NET-to-OBD2 Cable). Module is now in test state but it is fully working now and availble in this version! This module will allow virtual reading, writing, read/write coding data for
– Bosch EDC17 (C50,C56,CP49,CP45) ECUs (testing)
– Bosch MEVD17 (17.2.4, 17.2.6, 17.2.G) ECUs (testing)
